Megurine Luka (CV03) was released in 2009 for V2. Her voicebank was provided by Yu Asakawa. Luka was the first vocaloid to have both Japanese and English voicebanks. She is one of the most popular vocaloids, usually just behind the Kagemine twins. Her character item is a tuna.
