Kagamine Rin (CV02) was released in 2007 by Crypton. Her voice was provided by Asami Shimoda. Her male counterpart, Kagamine Len, is also voiced by Shimoda. The two often appear in songs together. Rin was released under V2, with her newest version (NT) released in 2025. She currently holds the spot of most streamed original song for a vocaloid, with "Young Girl A".
